How do I book a PingGovioTrips trip? +
Pick a trip from the upcoming list, drop us a message via the form or WhatsApp, and pay 25% to lock your spot. We'll send you the full itinerary and a digital welcome pack.
How far in advance should I book? +
For Peppy Trips, we recommend at least 30 days out (60 for international). For Custom Trips, 60–90 days is ideal so we can lock the best stays and experiences.
What's your refund policy? +
Full refund of the advance if cancelled 30+ days before departure. Between 15–30 days, 50%. Within 14 days, the advance is non-refundable. See our full Terms & Conditions for details.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
UPI, all major cards, net-banking, and international wires for foreign travellers. We send a secure payment link after the call.
I'm a solo traveller — will I feel left out? +
Most of our travellers come solo. Our hosts are trained to facilitate genuine bonding from day one, and by the end of the trip you'll likely be planning the next one together.
Is PingGovioTrips safe for female travellers? +
Female safety is a non-negotiable for us. Vetted groups, female hosts on every trip, verified stays, and 24/7 emergency support. We can also arrange female-only rooming on request.
Are you LGBTQ-friendly? +
Absolutely. We're proud to be one of India's most inclusive group-travel brands. Our hosts are trained on inclusive language, gender-neutral rooming is available, and you'll always be addressed by your chosen name and pronouns.
What's included in the price? +
Stays, daily breakfast, all listed experiences and activities, local transfers, and your dedicated hosts. Flights, personal expenses, and lunch/dinner are usually excluded — but the listing for each trip has a full inclusions list.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies? +
No problem at all. Mention it on the booking form — we coordinate with stays and restaurants in advance. Vegan, jain, gluten-free, and most other diets are easily accommodated.
Can I bring a friend who isn't booked? +
Of course — most of our trips have room for a +1. Just mention it during booking and we'll quote accordingly.
What if I want to skip an activity? +
Everything on a PingGovioTrips trip is optional. If parasailing isn't your thing, your host will suggest something chill nearby. We've never forced a banana boat ride on anyone.
Do you offer EMI or instalments? +
For international Peppy Trips and Custom Trips, we offer split payments over two or three months. Ask during booking.
