Terms & Conditions — PingGovio Trips

These terms govern your booking and participation in PingGovio Trips experiences. By making a payment, you agree to them.

1. Bookings & Payments

To confirm a booking, you'll need to pay 25% of the trip cost. The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure. For international trips and Custom Trips, payment terms may vary and will be communicated upfront.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations 30+ days before departure: full refund of the advance.
Cancellations 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the advance.
Cancellations within 14 days of departure: advance is non-refundable.
Force-majeure cancellations (natural disasters, government restrictions) may result in trip postponement or partial refund at our discretion.

3. What's included & excluded

Each trip listing carries its own inclusions and exclusions. Generally, accommodation, breakfast, listed activities, local transport, and host facilitation are included. Flights, personal expenses, and meals not listed are excluded.

4. Code of conduct

PingGovio Trips is built on respect. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or aggressive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the trip without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service.

5. Health & safety

You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or fitness limitations at the time of booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for international trips. PingGovio Trips is not liable for personal injury caused by negligence or non-disclosure.

6. Itinerary changes

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or supplier issues. We'll always communicate changes in advance where possible.

7. Image rights

Photos and videos taken during PingGovio Trips experiences may be used on our website and social media. If you'd prefer not to appear, please let your host know on day one.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
